Terms of service.

1. Who these are between

You and Fireproof Studio LLC, a Texas LLC operating Hands Free Sites. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Be 18+. Give us accurate info. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for actions under your account. Notify us if compromised.

3. What you can do

We build a homepage plus up to nine additional key pages. For $99 once + $10/mo plus AWS usage (itemized on your invoice), we host one AI-designed website for you on AWS. Use it for any lawful purpose.

4. What you can't do

Illegal content. Spam / phishing. Attacks. Bulk reselling via shell accounts. White-labeling or marking up the platform as your own product. Adult content (not on standard plan). Crypto mining. Circumventing rate limits. Violations → suspension or termination. Agencies and freelancers are welcome: build and manage client sites on your own account or as an invited team member, and bill for your services at any rate you like.

5. Your content

You own it. We don't claim ownership. You're responsible for legality. We respond to valid DMCA notices.

6. Money

$99 one-time to publish. $10/mo plus AWS usage (our $10/mo admin base + AWS pass-through, itemized on your invoice). AI changes: every site gets 5 free to start, then $1.00 each; blog/portfolio conversions are $1.00 each; an AI-generated blog post is $1.00. Domain via us: ~$14/yr (no markup). Domain fees are non-refundable; the domain stays yours. Automated payment warnings continue while hosting is unpaid. If hosting stays unpaid for seven days after the first failed payment, we permanently delete your hosted website. Pay before the deadline shown in your dashboard to keep or restore hosting. Restoration through our service is unavailable after that deadline. Payments made after that deadline do not restore hosting and are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Any later deadline already promised remains unchanged. Deletion may take time to complete. Your registered domain remains yours; separately paid Domain & DNS services follow their own policies. Isolated protected database backups may remain for up to 365 days solely for disaster recovery. Required billing and deletion records follow their separate published retention periods. These records and backups are not a customer site archive or a customer restoration service. Unpaid-hosting policy updated October 18, 2026; existing promised deadlines are unchanged. 7. Cancellation

One click in your dashboard. Your site stays live for a separate 5-day cancellation window. Download a ZIP or reactivate before that window ends. After the stated grace period, active site files, DNS, and delivery infrastructure are removed and self-service recovery ends. Encrypted database recovery points may remain for up to 365 days solely for disaster recovery; they do not contain a complete site and are not a customer archive or guaranteed full-site restore. Your domain stays yours. We can terminate for terms violations — typically with 7 days notice.

8. SLAs and limits

99.9% uptime target. Below: 10% credit. Below 99%: 30%. Below 95%: full month. Reasonable use limits on bandwidth, storage (5GB inc.), and contact form (200/site/day).

9. IP

HFS software/brand/designs are ours. You own your generated content. Download anything you want to keep before the applicable deletion deadline. AI-generated content licensed to you without restriction.

10. Disclaimers

Service provided “as is”. Max liability = what you paid us in prior 12 months. Not liable for indirect damages.

11. Disputes

Email hello@handsfreesites.com first. Texas law. Disputes resolved in Travis County, Texas state courts. No arbitration clause.

12. Changes

Material changes: 30 days' email notice. Continuing to use the service after = acceptance.

13. Affiliates

Don't spam. Don't use bought lists. Don't bid on our brand on Google Ads. Don't make unsubstantiated claims. Full terms in your affiliate dashboard.
