Terms of service.

1. Who these are between

You and Fireproof Studio LLC, a Texas LLC operating Hands Free Sites. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Be 18+. Give us accurate info. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for actions under your account. Notify us if compromised.

3. What you can do

For $99 once + $10/mo plus AWS usage (itemized on your invoice), we host one AI-designed website for you on AWS. Use it for any lawful purpose.

4. What you can't do

Illegal content. Spam / phishing. Attacks. Bulk reselling via shell accounts. White-labeling or marking up the platform as your own product. Adult content (not on standard plan). Crypto mining. Circumventing rate limits. Violations → suspension or termination. Agencies and freelancers are welcome: build and manage client sites on your own account or as an invited team member, and bill for your services at any rate you like.

5. Your content

You own it. We don't claim ownership. You're responsible for legality. We respond to valid DMCA notices.

6. Money

$99 one-time to publish. $10/mo plus AWS usage (our $10/mo admin base + AWS pass-through, itemized on your invoice). AI changes: every site gets 5 free to start, then $1.00 each; blog/portfolio conversions are $1.00 each; an AI-generated blog post is $1.00. Domain via us: ~$14/yr (no markup). Domain fees are non-refundable; the domain stays yours. Failed cards: dunning at days 3 and 5, possible deletion at day 7. See refund policy.

7. Cancellation

One click in your dashboard. Hosting stops at end of current month. Download a zip first. Your domain stays yours. We can terminate for terms violations — typically 7 days notice.

8. SLAs and limits

99.9% uptime target. Below: 10% credit. Below 99%: 30%. Below 95%: full month. Reasonable use limits on bandwidth, storage (5GB inc.), and contact form (200/site/day).

9. IP

HFS software/brand/designs are ours. Your generated site files are yours. AI-generated content licensed to you without restriction.

10. Disclaimers

Service provided “as is”. Max liability = what you paid us in prior 12 months. Not liable for indirect damages.

11. Disputes

Email hello@handsfreesites.com first. Texas law. Disputes resolved in Travis County, Texas state courts. No arbitration clause.

12. Changes

Material changes: 30 days' email notice. Continuing to use the service after = acceptance.

13. Affiliates

Don't spam. Don't use bought lists. Don't bid on our brand on Google Ads. Don't make unsubstantiated claims. Full terms in your affiliate dashboard.
